Printing United 2024

We've gone to all of the past Printing United conferences since they rebranded and years of shows prior, but this year felt different. There was an energy at the conference you just couldn't ignore and we were excited to get to be a part of it all. So what was so great about Printing United this year you ask? Glad you asked, let's dive in!  

The Content 

There were so many good educational sessions this year on operations, efficiency and some of it was very practical. One topic that was talked about alot was AI (Artificial Intelligence), but unfortunately most of that talk was "fluff" and no one really gave any practical ways of using these tools. The good news about that is you'll be seeing a ton of AI content from us here at Pryntbase on the use of AI for Print.  

The People

Something that was very refreshing is getting to see new faces at the show. Print as we all know is a small world and from years past many of the shows had a ton of the same people, but this year was different in that there were so many new individuals getting into the print industry with new perspectives and ideas.

The Diversity

While there has always been a good representation of different cultures within print, we're not actually talking about that type of diversity, we're focused on the diversity of disciplines being represented across the industry. You could find commercial print obviously, but at this show you get to see apparel, print on demand, textile, promo, packaging and more. So it's nice to be able to see all of these segments within one location.  

The Location

And of course with the show being located in Las Vegas there is so much to do. In years past many of the print shows would be located in cities with a limited selection of things to do outside of the show, but obviously with Vegas you have almost too many options, but there is definitely something for everyone. The only bad thing about this year was that it fell on the same week as a number of other huge conferences for Oracle and Amazon, which made it very crowded.   For us the show was a massive success! We loved being able to network, sign up new customers and learn from other experts in their segment of the print world and can't wait to see everyone again next year in Orlando.
